Britt Alan has twenty-three years of experience in international relations, communications, the federal government and Department of Defense Science and Technology agencies and programs, and spent more than eighteen years supporting the development of tools and capabilities for America’s warfighters. As his support of veteran affiliated organizations implies, he is a steadfast supporter of the nation’s military. While supporting the Navy’s Science and Technology portfolio, he was fortunate enough to travel to Europe, the Far East and Australia, and have worked closely with foreign governments, universities and NGOs on furthering collaborative S&T. Those perspectives, and his international experiences, spurred his interest in international relations and politics, and inform his fictional works. He is active in the defense science and technology community and is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, the Project Management Institute, the American Marketing Association, and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
Britt lives in Washington, DC, has been married to the same loving, beautiful, patient woman for nineteen years, and together they have two beautiful children. He is currently at work on his second novel Chinese aggression and deception in The Dragon Proxies series. He is also working on two children’s book projects and is editing an unpublished, 1940s-era detective noir work, originally written seventy-five years ago by his great-grandfather.
